    My main responsibilities within this role are to ensure all employees are correctly inducted on site, have relevant paperwork and valid tickets. I am responsible for ensuring that we have not employed anybody with fraudulent documents, and making sure that anyone we do employ are allowed to work in the UK. I also deal with timesheets on site and cover the contract managers in the office when they are not available. A list of my roles includes: • Collating new starter information for input into Sage program ACT • Checking and ordering stationary for office and staff via Purchase Order System • Drafting and Placing Job advertisements for vacancies with client job brokerage system • Placing advertisements with external websites for vacancies for current projects • Completing and processing induction paperwork to current projects • Liaising with Head office and external customers • Produce excel reports on staff status, starters and leavers • Administrative support for Contract Managers and Directors • Checking CSCS/CPCS card validity on Phoenix website • Using office equipment such as computer, scanner and photocopier • Use of programs such as Word, Office outlook, Excel and ACT • Dealing with enquiries • Answering the telephone, taking and passing on messages • Liaise, manage and book meeting rooms • Postal duties • Keeping computer records up to date • Filing • Assisting Contract Manager on site with queries as and when required • Attend training courses as and when necessary This list is not exhaustive and other duties outside of this job description may be undertaken From time to time and in line with the company business needs.
