    I am a Marketing Coordinator in charge of 7 national marketing campaigns and initiatives utilised by 9 member firms. I have increased revenues by 10% within the 5 core sectors, through producing thought provoking, compelling and engaging national marketing campaigns. I see the campaigns through from start to finish, coming up with ideas, setting deadlines and coordinating with third party agencies (design, PR etc.). I devise the digital marketing strategy of the campaigns, creating content to push out via the website and social media channels. As a result of effective content planning and improving the appeal of our channels by designing images and info-graphics to compliment posts, I have increased social media engagement by 25%. I have built and maintained strong relationships with a vast amount of people from around the organisation, from junior to highly senior staff members. It is a client facing role, providing the member firms with a national marketing resource. Throughout the campaigns, I produce weekly and monthly Google Analytics reports to ensure campaigns are performing well, tweaking them as necessary. At the end of the campaign, I report on the ROI and identify ways to improve campaigns in the future. I am responsible for designing the majority of our marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (leaflets, adverts, flyers, newsletters, brochures and reports etc.) I have improved the SEO and user experience of the company website and produce monthly analytics reports, constantly optimising it and improving the user experience. I have ownership and responsibility of maintaining the company social media accounts (Twitter & LinkedIn), including creating and scheduling content and designing social media images and info-graphics. I have strong copy writing experience (website posts, social media posts, newsletters, reports, brochures, leaflets and other marketing materials). I have assisted with an international rebrand. I was responsible for updating previous materials, bringing them in line with the new brand guidlines. I also created design templates for the member firms to use, to ensure the brand was consistent nationally. I have up-skilled the Marketing Administrator by mentoring her and managing her workload. I successfully organised and coordinated conferences for 60+ attendees. I also presented a marketing/ BD update to the attendees. I gained new business leads and won work from coordinating attendance at exhibitions and representing the company. Since my time at MHA, all member firms have now decided to adopt the ‘MHA’ prefix, which represents their commitment and faith in the brand that I have helped to shape and build.
