As the Reservation and Sales Manager for the four Ceviche restaurants, I was responsible for handling reservations, enquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner - quoting available group event rates to maximise revenue for the company. I was responsible for participating in the monthly operational meeting with management and owner of Ceviche & Andina restaurants. - Grow and maximise pre-booked sales in both proactive and reactive approaches - Build strong, lasting relationships with regular clients as well as develop new relationships that bring value to the business. - Organise, host and follow-up on networking events for the company as well as attend external events. - Creative, resource and develop local initiatives to generate events. - Impeccable time management and diary management. - Deliver timely reports on performance and results. - Answer guest enquiries about menu, event booking services, facilities and hours of operation. - Enter reservations into the current company customer management system (CMS): Quandoo - Manage and communicate closely with the reservation team of 4 for group bookings. - Maintain availability calendar and communicate all relevant information to the operations staff.
