  • GiftGaff
GiftGaffGiff gaff is a brand that is all about mutual giving, however a lot of their customers and target audience is unaware of these core values. Gift-Gaff is a reward scheme that works differently than regular reward schemes. Instead of receiving discounts or offers from a network provider, giffgaff gives you the opportunity to send gifts to your contacts. These gifts come in the form of stickers and emoji’s meaning you can easily send them via text. The idea is that if someone has helped you out, needs some recognition or has just been a great friend you can send them something to say thank you via text. A campaign will also run alongside the reward scheme which aims to get people to search for stickers around towns and cities for a chance to win gift-gaff entered prizes.
  • cu-nt
cu-ntThere isn’t a word in the English language that has as much power or gravity given to it than the word cunt. It’s a word that seems to cut through any sentence, creating verbal, horrid full stop, shocking most of the ears that have heard it. However, the word has evolved to become a term of endearment amongst friends in Australia, and has gained popularity among social groups around the U.K. I wanted to explore the history of the word cunt and to investigate how the same word is used in such vulgar manners and also ways of affection. I wanted to reflect the different ways it is used typographically, bridging the harmful and the endearing nature the word cunt has. Successfully passed the International Society of Typographic Designers Student Assessment 2018
  • SafeWorker
SafeWorkerSocial Workers frequently visit homes that have dealt with domestic abuse, drug addiction and other violent and intimidating activities. This can make a social workers job feel unpredictable, stressful and potentially dangerous. SafeWorker is a platform that allows the user to stay connected to colleagues, allowing the user to contact them if they are ever in danger. This means that help can sent, whether that be a phone call or by alerting the emergency services.  Creative Conscience Silver Award 2017

  • Neighbourly App
Neighbourly AppA brief was put forward by 3 Sided Cube in Bournemouth asking to join together students and the elderly via the students volunteering. The aim is to reduce loneliness, form bonds and create a greater sense of community. This is the concept of how the app could function.

I took part in Behances Portfolio review event in Bournemouth. It was hosted by Yes I'm a Designer and the event featured talks by local design agencies who would then review and rate our portfolio. I was lucky enough to come in second place out of the many that attended.

    PassISTD
My typographic project cu-nt was awarded a Pass by the ISTD. Cu-nt explores the history of the 'C word' and how it became one of the harshest words in the English language. The project also compares how the word is used in different cultures and contexts around the globe.
