- Connecting with the teaching community #TeaWithTesTes was looking for a way to connect with teachers around the world on a more personal level. I developed Tea with Tes a cross-channel engagement campaign with a paid social focus on Facebook and Instagram. #TeaWithTes brings teachers together to celebrate the funny, inspiring and sometimes outright baffling everyday occurrences that help to make teaching the job that they love.
