The client I have worked with most frequently is upcoming artist and self-published author Mikey Espinosa, for whom I proofread drafts of comics and upcoming books, edited his most recent illustrated fairy-tale collection, and organised a book launch.

In my position as a box office assistant I held both administrative and retail-based responsibilities in an extremely fast-paced environment. The retail aspect of the job included a great deal of customer interaction and sales, in person as well as over the phone or online, as well as handling transactions and delivering tickets to customers. The administrative tasks ranged from coordinating school trips and creating invoices to internal company tasks such as organising postage, data processing and planning customer promotions.
