About me
I have spent the last year adventuring around the world with one backpack and a phone; the thought of the adventure ending just wasn't an option. So here I am in London, looking for a different adventure, one of storytelling and personal connections... in the magical world of brands. Prior to setting off to foreign soil, I worked for Clemenger BBDO, part of one of the most awarded communication networks win the world BBDO Worldwide. During my time with Clemenger BBDO in Sydney, I worked across a broad range of retail, FMCG and financial services clients within the Account Management and Strategic Planning disciplines. My experience, though primarily focused in digital media (social media, display and email marketing,) also spans across other below the line and above the line mediums including print, outdoor and TV.
Work history
    Insights Manager
     - 
    As an Insights Manager I supported the Planning department and Senior Management team in a research and insights based capacity, both in the early stage of campaign development as well as campaign measurement. Through the use of traditional research methodologies as well as digital programs such as; Aus Scan, Google Analytics and Radian 6, I produced market analysis reports, competitor reports, consumer profiles and campaign performance reports. In particular I had a fairly heavy focus on the digital aspect of each clients business, and worked closely with the Digital Planning Director in a Junior Planner capacity. Working on campaigns and new business pitches; such as the Velocity Frequent Flyer Twitter Campaign, ‘Win Richards Points’ as well as Vivid Sydney, a new business pitch that we won. In addition, I was the day-to-day contact with external digital organisations such as, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Salesforce etc. And I played a key executional role in the development and running of an internal organisation called ‘DigiLab,’ which was built to envelop a more serious approach to digital advertising within the agency, and instill a culture of continued learning among peers. In this role during the period of October 2013 to April 2014, I managed the Facebook and Instagram account for the Agency’s’ Sydney office.

    I worked on a number of Wrigley brands (Skittles and 5Gum) and NAB Private Wealth, in particular MLC, resulting in a healthy balance of 'seriously fun'. In this role I developed my project management and people management skills through running day-to-day campaign execution, ‘always on’ social media content management, and long term brand planning. Within the Wrigley brand portfolio most campaigns required international co-ordination, so as to build brand consistency on a global level. For example, I managed a large promotional TV commercial for 5Gum in conjunction with Fox Studios and Marvel Entertainment’s ‘The Wolverine’, which we distributed and adapted across a number of international regions. I was also lucky enough during this time, to manage the multi award winning social media campaign ‘Telekinize the Rainbow’ for Skittles Australia.
