Production Project Manager
Full Time
• Working as part of the production team on retail window and in-store displays, interiors,
pop-ups, events and special projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial brief through to installation
• Client relations – ensuring effective and timely communication throughout project,
managing expectations, attending meetings with Account Manager
• Set up and adhere to project timelines ensuring all key dates/deadlines are met
• Budgeting of assigned projects and ensuring that costs are maintained
• Specify the best possible production method and materials for each element being
produced, ensuring manufacturing approach is in line with budget and timeline
• Work alongside designers to ensure engaging and feasible solutions to client briefs
• Source any props or specialist items for hire or purchase
• Resourcing of appropriate freelance crew for in house production
• Book locations and photographers for shoots when necessary
• Creatively resolve any issues that may arise or affect project delivery
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors, maintaining good working relationships
• Oversee the production of technical drawings and visuals, ensuring these are accurate
and in line with the project brief and client expectation
• Overseeing the production and Quality Control of all products in the studio
• Organise and oversee the delivery logistics and installation of projects, from small one-
off to international roll-out, on-site where applicable
Set Design, Creative Production & Prop Styling
Freelance
• Assisting the management of multiple-day installations for various events including large
corporate events and festivals
• Management of bought and hired props and equipment from various suppliers, ensuring
clear labelling and checking off system for smooth returns
• Making decisions on placement of set pieces props and lighting and styling all elements
down to the final details to create engaging and atmospheric themed environments as
briefed by client
• Liaising between sub-contractors including electricians, riggers and florists to ensure
efficient communication and co-operation
• Co-ordinating work between install crew and sub-contracted crew to ensure smooth
running of installations and de-rig
• Hands on assistance with logistics, packing and unpacking furniture, props and
equipment
• Bespoke prop making prior to event, including carpentry, scenic paint effects and
sourcing of props and materials
