-Daily intake, management and assessment of design briefs, ensuring correct submission

-Hold regular briefings and status updates
-Maintain and organize all files and artworks on 2 servers
-Assist Design Managers in creating timelines and post-mortem reports
-General office admin: stationery orders, printer management, and downloading and filing of resource prints (graphic prints bought on buying trips)
-Occasional assistance to designers such as creating colour maps for brands using Illustrator, artwork updates/changes and creating new artworks during busy periods
