- Designing for a traditional menswear brand 'L.A. Smith' creating print for Dressing gowns, ties, bow ties, silk scarves, cufflinks, waistcoats and cravats
- Designing prints in repeat on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator
Leading design meetings, presenting new design trends, mood boards and fabric qualities to clients
- Lead designer for the corporate wear division
- Managing, allocating and prioritising all urgent enquires ensuring smooth running of fast paced office
- Liaising with customers on a daily basis to resolve issues and develop product further
- Range building alongside the buying team whist working to a defined critical path
- Working closely with the retail sales team attending meetings presenting requested artwork and samples to buyers
- Brainstorming ideas with managers and fellow designers on forthcoming season selections and design collections
- Liaising with the internal product development team and overseas suppliers to ensure that the designs are printed and match pantone colour’s correctly
- Collaborative range building for the corporate wear range
- Confirming quality control with the garment technical department
- Print design/forecasting and identifying current print trends
- Maintaining strong relationship with the corporate wear buyers
- Managing multiple projects meeting tight deadlines
- Attending trade shows such as Premier Vision, London Print Fair and Pitti Uomo for inspiration, colour and trend prediction

- Assisting in the production of design packs and colour palettes
- Developing awareness of bestsellers and incorporating this in to design briefs
- Ensuring all accessories complement the relevant product areas
- Assisting head of design with all admin aspects of print design, sending print packs that are correct scale with measurements, putting prints into commercial repeat sizes, cleaning up designs, tracing and creating multiple colorways for all textile prints
