My design style varies from project to project ranging from experimental design pieces to work that follows brand guidelines. Regardless, the common thread in my own designs is that it communicates clearly and directly to the customer. The majority of my design work centres around web and print branding and advertising, specific examples included on my design portfolio range from limited edition packaging design for Greenall’s Gin, documentary travel photography used amongst social media, designing a logo mark for London Restaurant called BBX. During my time at secondary school and university I have undertaken a range of work experience placements, internships and jobs in branding and advertising agencies including the Media Group, Boots, Level 3, Very Own studio and Brighton Design Collective. My time at these companies was an opportunity to experience design on a global scale learning the importance of simplicity in design. Through my work experiences I have learnt to be successful, creativity has to work with function and purpose. I thrive on working within a team of people and individually to find creative solutions to overcome challenges and I am excited by problem solving. From an early age, drama has been a key interest, practiced in drama groups and theatre performances. My experiences have contributed to my high level of interpersonal and presentation skills, specific examples include presenting a keynote presentation at a conference for a thousand people, presentation to military leaders from the Royal College of Defence and 60 graduates from NTU. From these experience I have learnt the importance of communication especially with clients and equally working part of team. I enjoy the production, planning and organisation side of design which I learnt from my time as a Product and Operations Assistant at GBG where I responded to telephone questions from customers across the UK and trained employees to manage and operate a new system.Locked Pro Plan feature
