I am an engaging and innovative person who graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 Philosophy degree in the summer of 2014, and have been in full-time employment ever since. I have experience engaging with people at all levels. In 2015, I fully implemented and developed an ISO 9001 quality management system into a company of 20 people. Building strong working cooperation with team members from various departments, I drove quality-focused culture changes throughout the business. I then moved over to the Business Development team, managing all aspects of the company's marketing activities. Developing marketing plans, leading product campaigns and networking with stakeholders, I was responsible for showcasing the company's products to maximise sales opportunities. I'm particularly motivated by taking on complex and social challenges. Last year I co-founded Cold Cuts Hot Wax, an online record business which I work on in my spare time. I have also been volunteering at Crisis at Christmas since 2010. I have a proven ability to communicate well and build positive working relationships at all levels.
