About me
James Doble is a “hybrid” designer, working across the disciplines of Interaction and Product design, his main skills lie in screen based interaction, specifically User Interface and User Experience design. He brings a unique approach to projects, incorporating his knowledge and skills from a background in Photography and Art, as well as interests in Technology and Film. This had led him to work on many diverse projects, from app and web design, to interactive installations and inducting students. A keen interest in emerging technology informs much of his work and he has experience working with Arduino and Raspberry Pi to 3D printing and the Oculus Rift.

    StrEat MeAn app concept that aims to unite street food vendors under one service. The intention was to place food and the experience at the forefront of the service.
  • Suunto Movescount
    Suunto MovescountA redesign of Sunnto's Movescount app. The intention was to add new features to allow users to interact with each other, specifically in relation to diving. It was created to accompany a new dive watch concept designed by Callum Curran.
  • Jungle Plaques
    Jungle PlaquesJungle Plaques was created in response to a brief where the outcome was to produce a saleable product from upscale material and would cost no more than £1 to produce. Because of its initial success we were shortlisted and awarded a space at the O2 Handmade Christmas Market.
