- MAN_AGE - men's mental health magazineYou can access an 'early door' copy of MAN_AGE's first issue through the following link, ahead of its physical release in a couple months. It's time that men talk, and it begins with listening to those who do. Filled with first-hand accounts, illustrations, photography, and articles by medical professionals and academics, I am truly proud of those who have contributed. It contains a lot of work compiled, edited and designed entirely by yours truly. Like, share, and own a copy of your own. ht
- Mental Health Workshop with AVFC FoundationI delivered a workshop exploring mental health (most notably anxiety and depression) to participants of Aston Villa FC's 'Think Football' group. The participants ranged in abilities, and while delivering the workshop was at times challenging (the subject of mental health is difficult to approach for many), it was ultimately met with positive response.
- MAN_AGE - men's mental health photography projectI worked with Jack Lloyd to publish a set of photos exploring male mental health, as part of a larger project titled MAN_AGE (www.man-age.com). The photos are excellent, and I consider it to have been a pleasure working with Jack, who is hardworking, professional and extremely talented.
