• Working with the menswear fashion and men’s lifestyle editorial teams to research future issue concepts and generate avenues of inquiry to create interesting ideas for articles and visual realisations (photo shoots, product advertising etc). • Assist in the set up of press events promoting new issue concepts, booking live music, venues and collating a guest list of notable Singaporean bloggers, writers, stylists and creatives. Wrote up a live report during events to be presented to the marketing executive director. • Wrote up minutes and notes for the in-house PR team to pitch brainstormed ideas to the creative and styling directors and tasked to update bi-weekly social media channels – Facebook and Twitter feeds. • Vetting and briefing of journalists and creatives during weekly meetings ensuring critical path deadlines were adhered to. Fully responsible for any outbound communication with the publication’s voice in mind – copywriting of promotional e-mails.
