About me
A recent graduate with a First Class Honours degree in Music and an MA in composition from the University of Huddersfield. An adaptive and creative individual who relishes generating imaginative approaches to collaborative projects and the application of problem-solving and innovative thinking to dynamic and challenging situations. Two scholarships, a publication in a peer-reviewed journal and receiving an award upon graduation are academic highlights. Considerable experience with solo and collaborative live and studio-based musical environments: performing and supporting original compositions of modern, contemporary, experimental music, sound installation and video art. Over a decade spent working with a charity provided challenges regarding funding and marketing which required interdepartmental collaboration to achieve measurable impacts. Recent study for an MA in composition challenged established aesthetics demonstrating resolve, determination and ability.
