Writing end of day and weekly reports on stock and takings for the concession. This involved using excel spreadsheets. Assisting with arranging staff for Shoreditch store. Monitoring out of stocks and managing customer orders. Motivating staff and provide training to ensure that staff are working to their full potential. Working with Liberty to ensure the concession is looking its strongest loaning plants and organizing for a window display as well VM’ing particular areas of the store to further push our product. Manage, arrange and perform stock stakes.
