My duties include first line IT support, fixing all manner of computer, network, projector and printer problems both over the phone and in person with members of staff with whom I maintain a professional and friendly relationship. I’m used to managing the priority of my jobs, and documenting them on a Spiceworks helpdesk system. I am very experienced at fixing everyday computing issues, fixing printers of all types, PXE imaging, performing maintenance on projectors and replacing bulbs, installing software, installing cabling, dealing with equipment loans, and using Active Directory to manage pupil accounts. I am solely responsible for managing the school’s website and I am currently learning to use Windows Server 2012 R2 and Microsoft Exchange.
