  • Promoted as part of departmental restructure into newly created social media management role to develop and implement social media strategy for the Trust as unified, innovative and market-leading approach to support and enable teams within the organisation to meet their strategic goals. Also act as the Trust’s social media expert and support colleagues and supporters in how they can best use social media to achieve there aims as well as work with Community Manager in day-to-day management of accounts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, along with our community forum.

  • Responsible for the development and the ongoing deployment of social media strategy for the Trust, across all relevant social media platforms covering Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, as well as working on our own phpBB forum and our Blogspot blog. Core focus is promoting the Cystic Fibrosis Trust's brand and online community with a view to get people involved in a variety of activities like fundraising, campaigning and raising awareness.

I was made redundant from this role in May 2012 following a restructuring.
