BRIEF OVERVIEW: Build, develop and maintain the Partnership and Affiliate programme for 30,000+ snowsports membership organisation. Work with affiliates and partners to create bespoke membership offerings and value-added offers in return for exposure across all digital and print channels. Wider audience reach of 1.3 million people. FULL DUTIES INCLUDE: •Manage all marketing activity and campaign reporting for Ski Club affiliates and partners across all media channels. •Source commercial income through strategic affiliations, partnerships and accounts. •Be the main point of contact between external partners and in-house teams. •Work in conjunction with marketing and operational teams to coordinate and help deliver all partner and affiliate campaigns. •Produce engaging and informative content to be pushed out through partners’ channels. •Provide full administrative and financial support for all partner and affiliate campaigns. •Foresee potential issues and risks and amend campaigns where necessary. •Develop and maintain positive relationships/partnerships with key stakeholders and in-house teams. •Identify new partners and business development opportunities. •High competence using CMS systems, e-marketing tools and social media platforms. •Be a ‘brand ambassador’ for the Ski Club, ensuring the brand is consistently presented in a strong, positive image to all stakeholders. •Proactively seek and recruit new affiliates to help improve the actual and perceived value of the Ski Club membership package.
•Maintain affiliate database and the annual re-affiliation process for all partners. •Develop and manage marketing strategies with partners to increase Ski Club membership and awareness of the Ski Club. •Work closely with communications team to produce content/press releases. •Work closely with membership services team to create and help run successful events. •Create and maintain relationships with all Ski Club partners to ensure value for our members through partnerships programme. •Day-to-day administrative support.
