  • My role as General Manager includes managing a team of staff during lunch & dinner service. I am responsible for ensuring myself and all staff provide an excellent level of customer service to all patrons. I am responsible for stock control and ordering, ensuring our staff hours fall within a strict weekly budget and general day to day running of the Pub. Since joining in late September 2014, this Independent Pub has gained a Trip Advisor 5* Certificate of Excellence.

  • In this role, I write, produce, mix and perform music under the name Ivy & Gold. We currently release toplines through AR Vocal agency for dance tracks and international DJs. This involves working to strict deadlines, self-motivation and networking to source and secure work to drive the project forward whilst liaising with many third parties including A&R’s and mixing engineers.
