Work history

Restaurant Manager

The Beehive Public House

Sep 2014
  • My role as General Manager includes managing a team of staff during lunch & dinner service. I am responsible for ensuring myself and all staff provide an excellent level of customer service to all patrons. I am responsible for stock control and ordering, ensuring our staff hours fall within a strict weekly budget and general day to day running of the Pub. Since joining in late September 2014, this Independent Pub has gained a Trip Advisor 5* Certificate of Excellence.

Producer & Mixing Engineer

Ivy Gold

May 2013 - Nov 2015
  • In this role, I write, produce, mix and perform music under the name Ivy & Gold. We currently release toplines through AR Vocal agency for dance tracks and international DJs. This involves working to strict deadlines, self-motivation and networking to source and secure work to drive the project forward whilst liaising with many third parties including A&R’s and mixing engineers.

BA(Hons) Commercial Music

The University of Westminster

Aug 2010 - Jun 2013
  • The degree allows you to build your programme in Music Production and Music Business, drawing on current and historical practice to provide a stimulating context in which to create and promote music. Music Production covers live and recorded production and involves study of composition, arranging, performance, music technology and studio production. Music Business introduces you to key music business concepts and practices, with a focus on marketing, law and the live industry. Music Sociology investigates the cultural and social roles and context of commercial music, and how music has developed as a force in pop culture and the mass media.
