Having obtained a high 2:1 in my Fine Art painting degree at Brighton University I took the opportunity to gain some experience in fashion brands and sales. This propelled me into the sphere of retail/wholesale and provided the opportunity to develop creative direction, sales and brand development skill set. I have excelled in these areas and have been promoted to managerial positions and it is now that I have gained these vital attributes that I am ready to take a move in my career and utilise the creative and selling techniques i have picked up on the way. I am Highly motivated individual with a broad range of experience from art to fashion, and from sales to product development; displaying experience in a broad range of applicable fashion industry experiences. Notable aptitude within sales and creativity projects, further assisted by strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

My role helped direct and secure accounts such as the Shop Direct group, Asos.com in 6 months with future strategy including House of Fraser and John Lewis.   • Managed around 90 independent accounts including K/As, Asos, House Of Fraser & Bank Speaking. Involved speaking with customers on a daily basis and visiting regularly on the road. Role was an integral part of the development of UK specific lines (SMUS). Have a proficient understanding of market and regional trends which were applied to the designs. Successfully managed to maintain two additional lifestyles alongside the core ‘never out of stock’ business whilst prospecting for new business. Organised and delivered Denim Workshops for retail events and wholesale customers. This involved the planning and presentation of the collections and training with regards to the entire denim process. Worked with the VM team to undertake training through the brand DNA guidelines. These skills would then be applied to my day-to-day visits to stores- all with the intention to maximise sales and build the brand awareness. Achieving a set budget of £1.5 (2013/14) and plan a year on year growth of 30% for 2014/15.
