About me

I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for the creative industry and an understanding of brand communication, content creation, event production and the use of social media. Affable and approachable, I am good at team working, managing others and individual assignments. I graduated from Bath Spa University with a 2.1 in Music Technology (specialising in Production) and have been organising and promoting my own events for some time as well as working on other projects with some larger brands. My experience in the events industry includes setting up my own events brand, Morse Audio, which has been hosting successful shows since it began, with attendance reaching capacity at every event thus far. At Morse I am responsible for every part of the brand including artist booking/lineup curating, venue booking, promotion, social media and marketing. Furthermore, I developed the brand in its initial stages by leading the creative direction and brand strategy. I plan to expand the Morse Audio brand by creating a Morse booking agency in the coming months. My booking and administration experience is supplemented by organising the Kalpa UK tour in summer 2018, which required extensive planning and promotion to make sure each individual show sold well across the country. I am confident in my writing, research and use of language. I hold an English A Level at grade A and can also touch type accurately at approximately 80 words per minute. I also have plenty of experience using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and some previous experience using WordPress as I am a contributor to Bristol independent music blog Wax Music.
