My role implies answering phone calls and maintain the reception area at all times, Welcome and greet customers at arrival and reassure they do sign the register for Health and Safety rules. To organize and co-ordinate training rooms for meetings, pre-screenings and workshops. Also make sure the center is well presented to customers and visitors at all times. My responsibilities are also to manage petty cash and make sure every payment is recorded with a receipt. Support the team at the Center with filing and any other admin duties.
