I have worked in the digital content landscape for over four years with video and the entertainment industry at the centre of my experience, and am intimately familiar with both the opportunities (and challenges!) presented by the sector and the users operating in this eco-system. Identifying the “bigger picture” and unlocking new opportunities for partners is a passion I have been able to nurture through my work on YouTube. Working across a variety of roles and business functions has helped me develop a deep understanding of the need to think both analytically and creatively, and to work collaboratively across the business. As senior member of the Audience Development team I manage a portfolio of clients, while driving internal team development cross-function. My responsibilities include: ? Identifying and implementing efficient workflows for maximum growth across channel management, audience development and rights management/YouTube operations ? Managing key emerging platform business relations and operations
