As both an analytically-minded strategist and a designer, I create substantive innovation within environments of ambiguity. I believe my focus on inventive user centred experiences, quick prototyping of seamless interfaces and development of compelling brand identity will fit well with the strategies and goals of innovative design and technology teams. I am interested in pursuing roles focused on design strategy, innovation/strategy consulting, UX/UI design or experience design. I recently graduated from a dual degree post-graduate Global Innovation Design programme with Royal College of Art and Imperial College London. I am studying at top design and engineering institutions to broaden my career from a traditional business focus to one that fully integrates design, technology, and innovation as critical elements of economic and social impact. Previously, I graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with degrees in marketing and international business, as well as a minor in French. I then worked as a global sourcing analyst at Target Corporation for two years, managing production and shipping of $350 million in annual retail receipts.
Worked in a client-facing role to support both the launch of a West London hardware start-up incubator and a branding workshop for a multinational corporation through research, content creation, and graphic design Conducted a competitive landscape assessment of the innovation consulting industry and recommendations for internal Viadynamics strategic development
Received the April 2014 Target Sourcing Services Hardlines Divisional Award for successfully undertaking a pilot program to integrate US/Canada cosmetics sourcing and maximise flexibility through joint inventory reporting Conducted in depth analysis of total inventory ownership and liability risk management for Sonia Kashuk colour cosmetics vendors Managed production and shipping of $350 million in annual retail receipts for cards/party product categories Received the May 2013 Target Sourcing Services Hardlines Divisional Award for analysing drivers of $1 million in safety stock liabilities faced by the cards/party department in Fall 2012 and offering key recommendations Reduced total cards/party department expediting cost by 98% from Fall 2012 to Spring 2013 Trained a new Target Sourcing Services Business Analyst who backfilled my role in the cards/party department
