• Selling exclusively to Digital Agencies and Brands in the UK. Responsible for acquiring new members and generating new leads to hit monthly revenue target. Also responsible for renewals and account management of current members to ensure renewal turnover stays low. • Responsible for building relationships with brand side and agency side directors, founders and CEO’s to gain support for BIMA’s CSR and school based initiatives. • Attending industry focused events, networking, being a “BIMA evangelist” to engage new agencies, start ups and brands. • Responsible for set up of new BIMA regional outposts by building relationships with agencies and proactively finding new hubs of activity to agencies to volunteer their time to help build. During my time at BIMA, I have set up hubs in Glasgow, Manchester,Cardiff, Brighton and Midlands. • Implemented new on boarding system to capture relevant departmental head details, build in check points ( 2 month call from MD, 6 and 9 month calls from me or another member of BIMA team) as well as capturing details for speaking opportunities for members. • Configured current BIMA offering for universities which resulted in higher number of universities signing up for membership, more entries for flagship BIMA Awards as well as giving our members more opportunity to connect with students and colleges
• Selling across a portfolio of products with increased sales in Expense Management product range • Managing training schedules of new starters as well as carrying out team training for cold calling and sales structure. • Running buzz sessions to increase productivity and energy within the telesales team • Working on LV project, introducing our solution to schools and actively working with marketing and product manager to ensure that we are maximizing our market share. • Actively providing support for new starters in regards to training, process questions and moral support.
• Working as a part of the Graduate Corporate team who specifically deal with b2b roles across sales, marketing and analytical roles. • Working with companies like Informa, Foxton’s and BMI to fill regular recruitment needs. •Sourcing own leads and making 50 business development calls a week in order to bring on new clients and new jobs •Holding minimum of 2 meetings a week with new/existing clients to discuss recruitment needs. • In 8 months made over £60,000 in placements.
• Responsible for 600k revenue • Generating revenue through calls and maintaining/building relationships with clients (UK and International), • Utilising negotiation skills when speaking to potential delegates • Working closely with the whole of events team to provide feedback to publishers, sponsorship and conference producers • Maintain high levels of organisation when working on multiple events • Knowledge of core sectors ( Legal, Insurance and Business Technology) • Working on various events at one time whilst maintaining high levels of communication to ensure a fantastic event.
