At the beginning of this role I was originally hired to cover a Merchandise Co-ordinator's maternity leave. As co-ordinator I was responsible for the supply and promotion of merchandise, I hold strong relationships with vendors and suppliers and assisted in the concept design for campaigns and events. I have also planned and designed a brochure concept and visually merchandised a pop-up shop in November, 2017 for tradeshows. Working in a fast-paced environment I am required to execute many administrative tasks, this is inclusive of; purchase orders, writing contracts, holding meetings, creating orders and processing returns forms. My current role at Suzuki GB is as Merchandise and E-commerce administrator. Here I am in charge of the fraud investigation to counterfeit goods and the enhancement of customer experience across our digital platforms. This work is alongside ad-hoc administrative tasks from my previous role.

We are East is a start-up e-commerce venture that focuses on the sale of second-hand clothing. In this role I liaise with suppliers, as well as source my own stock from kilo sales and charity shops. I have a keen eye for detail and trends which enables me to selectively buy styles and brands for each season. As the owner I take on all tasks necessary to run a small business including, customer relations, PR, social media and VM. I also photograph, retouch and write audience specific descriptions for all products.
