Senior Exhibitor Service Coordinator
Full Time
This is an admin heavy role, liaising with over 500 exhibitors per show, creating and processing each ones application and documentation before being able to build onsite. Cibitors. Insuring I am their first port of call, both in the office and when onsite at each of my main flower shows. Also creating all access passes for both contractors and exhibitors. The shows I have worked at are: RHS Flower Show Cardiff, RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.
Backstage Manager

-Acted as part of a backstage management team. Model tracking, making sure each model was checked in, fitted, then rotated through hair, makeup and nails. I also assist with rehearsals, as the choreography and model line ups are usually complicated.
