Originally started off as the studio intern but now working as a freelance project coordinator. Coordinating creative projects for premium fashion and lifestyle communications. Through intensive research and assisting various inhouse services; strategy, creative direction, editorial, marketing and events, production, insight and distribution. Partnering with ambitious brands and agencies to build inspiring content and brand voices to reach an influential audiences. Besides managing projects; I have been running errands, writing weekly innovation and trend reports, as well as drafting media decks, collating social media statistics, board and showroom prep, providing key notes for briefs and talent profiles, regularly updating team project reports, recording team meetings, working weekly on google analytics and crowdbooster to monitor digital ads and social activity in general, documenting and managing data of key Instagram accounts for dazed 100, frequently worked production assistant which involved merchandising and retouching of visuals for the liberty, sourced and managed regularly venue searches, hotel and courier bookings, whilst handling reception/PA duties plus more.
For 3 years I have been delivering premium customer services in a fast pace working environment. In addition, I learnt how to cross manage myself in unpredictable situations which helped in building and maintaining strong networks within and outside the working environment
My first retail experience. I began as a shoes and accessories sales assistant, however in less than a year I got promoted. Despite that, retail is stressful and this is where I learnt the art of being patient, precise and realized the importance of detail. As I dealt with the strains of customers, returns and stock management. Subsequently progressing to the designer department as senior sales assistant, this improved my people skills further, by engaging in 1;1 premium service and really developing my commercial and brand awareness. Finally, I moved onto admin for self-development purposes and gained my first internship as a HR intern at their Head offices.
This is where my professionalism was tested and put into action, as I had to work proactively day to day with other team members. Whilst prioritizing activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects. Dealing with managerial requests and openly sharing new ideas with other team members. Most importantly, constant communication was needed to ensure and keep everyone apprised to avoid unwanted surprises. Also manage and accurately report time and expenses for senior members and directors whilst managing complex and constantly changing diaries. Amongst learning and developing the fundamental HR skills and attending frequent conferences.
Provided and built my organizational skills with care and refined my attention to detail and accuracy, by making sure I was always vigilant and acted as a sponge. Through constantly making to do list, used my initiative to plan and prioritize workload. Whilst responding flexibly to rapidly changing and conflicting priorities as the carer’s shifts were constantly changing to their various needs and the residents. Plus, handling clients documents such confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
