I am a media professional with extensive experience within a variety of areas in the Music and Entertainment Industry (Marketing, Management, Product Management, Digital, Social Media, Live, Promotions, International and Finance). Throughout my career I have demonstrated excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. I am a fast and hungry learner, possessing a strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a large and varied workload.
I look after the day-to-day business affairs of a roster of artists and producers. In my role I bring together and manage the right people and projects to ultimately enhance and deliver the artist’s goals. I coordinate all aspects of each artist campaign, working with individuals and organisations such as promoters, lawyers, accountants, agents, pluggers, merchandisers and distributors to ensure that all opportunities are being exploited, alongside personally overseeing the A&R and Digital Marketing of each record. Additionally, I also represent a collective of video directors whom I secure music video and session work for.
As Marketing Manager at Island Records it was my responsibility to oversee every aspect of an artist’s campaign from setting up domestic and global releases to the creation of content and assets (press shots, artwork, music videos, online content, PRs and EPKs) whilst also coordinating strategies across Radio, TV, Press and Online PR, Digital, Live, Retail and Sync. I ensured that all commercial releases were delivered to retail on time whilst investigating and executing forward thinking marketing opportunities across the board. I was fortunate enough to work on a variety of campaigns ranging from development acts and brand new signings to superstars and global campaigns including: Of Monsters and Men, AlunaGeorge, Annie Mac, Ariana Grande, Jessie J, Florence + The Machine, Queen and Jamie Cullum. Additionally, I served as Label Manager across Island’s Electronic and Dance imprint, Island Dance.
