Currently working on my dissertation exploring the potential uses and viability of automation within journalism.

Dissertation titled 'Choreographing and Devising in Conjunction with Mixed-Media Assets. A practical exploration of Digital Performance', in which I researched the relationship between live performance and mediated technologies; in particular robots and artificial intelligence. I quantified my findings within context to the digital installation Monument, that was created in collaboration with multimedia theatre company Imitating the Dog and displayed in the Contact and Lowry Theatres of Manchester.
My final performance titled 'Aeons', produced in collaboration with Anna Leckey, focused on the many societal challenges facing female scientists during post-war Britain. The piece employed various multimedia effects, including original music and animation, and upon competition was awarded a first.
