In this role I am in charge of events and marketing, shift management and opening and closing the premises. I have also furthered my experience in budget forecasting, new contracts and management of a staff of more than 20 including an events assistant. As part of the management team I am solely responsible for the planning and organisation of events and required staff. Co-ordinating requests, special orders, sponsorship and liasing with the Head Chef to create and deliver bespoke menus.
