About me
A dependable and consistent individual with a degree in Sustainable Product Design. I have a strong interest in furniture design and interiors which has brought me to my current position as a Production Technician at OCHRE Ltd, a design company primarily based in London that creates luxury and contemporary lighting and furniture. I have a desire to be a part of an organisation where I can develop and grow, and I hope to gain many opportunities to work on ambitious, forward thinking projects.
Interests
I enjoy designing and making in my spare time, and learning new crafts and processes. I also have a growing, personal interest in biophilic design. I am currently working on the design and making of bespoke, luxury planters for interior plants.
My love for art and design takes me to exhibitions and galleries and I enjoy travelling to new places and spending time with people, as well as learning new sports. Surfing and skiing are two of my most recent favourites.

Inspired Painting Contractors Ltd are a painting contractors business that also run 'Inspired Changes' an area of the business which specialise in other building works and refurbishment jobs. Since graduating I have been working as a freelance and assistant for them, whilst applying and working towards my aspired creative design job.
I would work on private client jobs consisting of tasks such as, fitting new bathrooms and kitchens, painting walls and ceilings, tiling, and re doing stone driveways.
I have also been working on the design of Inspired Painting Contractors Ltd’s new website and social media to help them become more appropriate and accessible for their increasingly regular, new interior design clients.

Eat With Your Eyes are a creative branding agency specialising in food and drink. They have worked with businesses such as Cafe Rouge, Hungry Horse, Dirty Martini, Beerfly, Fullers and many more. I will be working inside their design studio assisting with current projects all with the possibility of an extended placement.

During this course I gained the professional skills to communicate my ideas in an industry setting, through powerful visuals, prototypes and verbal presentations. I also developed industry-ready skills in drawing, model making, and 3D CAD to enable the creation of excellent concept prototypes through digital manufacturing technology including 3D printers, CNC milling and laser cutting machines.

Student Packaging Designer of the Year Award: Category Winner - Opening, Resealing and closingWatch Me Think
The packaging design project submitted was a re-design of a small natural extracts bottle from the Dr. Oetker baking range. It's re-design was focused on achieving a more inclusive design which considered elderly users and users with low dexterity, such as arthritis, and visual impairments. The after life of the product was also considered with the choice of special materials and an afterlife activity.
