A filmmaker with a passion for producing! I love initiating, maintaining and managing ongoing projects as well as coordinating day-to-day production needs. I first began studying filmmaking from Kirklees College where I I began building the foundation of my knowledge in Film, Radio and Multi-media during my time there I came to learn that I wanted to become a producer and spent the next three years at the Northern Film School. Here I studied core film production strands such as Producing, Directing, Cinematography, Editing, Writing, Sound and Production design. I went on to specialise in producing over the course of my three years at the film school. Through this I was able to develop an informed, critical and creative approach to understand media culture as well as developing critical and creative independence and self-reflectiveness in individual and group work. Additionally I’ve been able to enhance personal skills such as communication, problem solving, project management and leading a team/ working collaboratively within a team.
