  • Key Responsibilities: > Main duties consist of cultivating strong client-side relationships, especially with senior management with companies such as Spotify, Deezer and a variety of international Advertising Agencies. > Serve as the key, day-to-day representative for clients & agencies in Southern Europe. > Have a high-level, holistic view of all of the offerings and how they work together, understand the clients business, (their goals, objectives, KPIs, etc.) and work with them to achieve and succeed goals. > Communicate all pertinent information provided by clients to internal teams by coordinating them (Project Managers, Designers and Developers) in order to ensure timely, end-to-end delivery of high quality campaigns. > Managing, assembling and coordinating the creation of pre-sales materials for clients in Europe and APAC. New Business: > Play a key role in responding to client briefs. > Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities with existing clients > Translate opportunities from other regions into European markets, particularly France, Spain, Italy and Belgium.

  • I was working for MN2S and Promo Hutt a monthly subscription start-up, which gives users exclusive and legitimate access to music before its official release. Running the day-to-day outbound sales operation. Supporting new clients during the on boarding process. Responsible for maintaining relationships with 60 electronic music labels. Developing sales with PPC campaigns and Facebook Ads. Deducing a focus group with expert participants to identify strengths and weaknesses of the business model. Developing and improving existing business processes. Managing the CRM and manage sales prospect data. Monitoring sales (sales report/graph, sales analysis). Managing Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Soundcloud. Development of an 80 page Business Research report for MN2S, regarding internal communication and employee engagement in a Leading Artist and Dj Booking Agency. I worked on the development of an internal communication strategy by recommending suitable and tailored solutions. thereby acquiring problem solving and expertise in this particular area.
