Work history

Employer Engager

Redbridge College

Oct 2015
  • I am currently working for Redbridge College in the Apprenticeship Services Academy. My role as an Apprenticeship Engager involves updating all databases with engagement activities, communicating with both employers and candidates via telephone and email. I also arrange meetings with employers to complete sign-up paperwork, attend business networking meetings, shows and events. I liaise with the lead assessor and delivery team regarding apprentices, process applications and pre-screen candidates for employer interviews. I market perspective employers and answer queries by both employers and apprentices; this then leads to creating adverts on The National Apprenticeship website on behalf of employers. Other duties include calculating and submitting monthly expenses, invigilate exams and create monthly reports for management meetings. For my role as Apprenticeship Engager using my initiative, prioritising my work load and being organised are key skills.
