    Marketing lead responsible for marketing strategy and implementation for a fashion and home outlet chain with 21 locations and an annual turnover of £27m. Choice is part of the Next plc. outlet group ● Management of social media channels through organic and paid activity across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Development of relevant content communicating customer mind-set, product and value with the aim to increase social engagement and drive footfall. May 2018 vs October 2019, Facebook organic reach increased by 224% and paid by 460%. Post engagements increased by 1980% ● Management of email database and weekly email to subscribers. Within 12 months from June 2018 grew the email database from 0 to 9k with an average open rate of 30% (vs retail industry average of 15%).
