“Dann Steele Abdala – Snake Charmer (Boruch Remix)” (2017) Music Video – using after effects, created a Kaleidoscopic music video in keeping with the visual style I had previously established as Boruch’s visual identity.
Using inspiration provided by the client created a logo and banners for a cultural arts and events company.
Eyeko Cosmetics, Instagram promos (2016) - using the brands established design pallet, using after effects, assisted with editing and animating short promotional animations to promote the companies waterproof sports products. “VANT – Karma Seeker” (2016) Music Video - The video combined lmed footage with overlaid hand drawn stop motion and digital animation. My role was to design and edit parts using after effects, and create stop motion content. The video, upon release was selected as one of the ‘Staff Picks’ on Vimeo.
Designed a logo for a company that uses satellite data with the aim of preventing natural disasters.
My second time working with Noise Dolls, I was asked to draw a suitable art cover for their Zine 006 - February Issue. Inspired by mystical creatures in forest.
Working for Virgin Trains, my role was to create the frame work and design for an internal animation that promoted the use of the Yammer app with the aim of improving employees workflow and communication. I achieved this using vibrant typography alongside comedic images incorporating Alpacas, which paralleled Virgins advertising at the time. All of this was achieved using Photoshop.
At Connected Pictures, my role was to assist animators by creating separate layers using the vector illustrator files. I also had my own section to animate, resulting in a segment of the finished product being my personal animation work, utilising After Effects.
I was enlisted with Hopetree at a time when they had little to no visual identity. My role was to create a visual identity through graphics that communicated what Hoptree aims to achieve with its counseling services. Working to a tight deadline of one month to complete the project I created a promotional piece that would reach out to a wide demographic using a combination of Illustrator and After Effects that fully highlighted the services that were available through Hopetree.
For this task, originally, I was enlisted as an artist to have my previous work featured within its pages but the editor felt my work would suit the cover for the magazine and commissioned me further to create a cover for the ‘Zine’.
In this digital start up company focusing on professional networking online. I was recruited to assist in creating a brand image. For this I designed a series of portraits depicting both ‘current self’ and ‘future self’. The ‘future self’ being the subject after utilising Go Shoosh’s services to further their career. The portraits are bright and colourful in design and would attract the viewer towards the brand with its bold and optimistic design.
Built relationships with clients to organise their artwork to be displayed on the London Underground during the Jubilee 2012 campaign. Edited promotional shorts for Johan Anderson (artist) and King Charles (Musician) and a short documentary for architects Francis Terry and George Saumerez Smith for ‘The Three Classicist’ biding event. This project gave me the unique opportunity to have my work shown on the platforms of Oxford Circus tube station. The full video was on loop for a week in clear view on one of the busiest train platforms in the world. The task not only required my editing skills but also my organisational skills, as liaising with both Art Below and the artists was required to successfully have the work displayed.
I study a range of media from filming to design work
