A highly motivated learning and talent development manager currently working in the fast paced travel industry. I believe my ability to communicate and network with others is exceptional and my strong attention to detail and reliability is noticeable by others. As a quick learner, first mover and fast thinker I can most certainly keep pace with any dynamic intense work-hard-play-hard culture. I am very rarely thrown into the deep end of a project, I like to jump myself!

Work history
Learning & Talent Development Manager
Create and maintain a business orientated talent management strategy process and toolkit, partner with leaders in the business and with HR to plan and implement effective, regular talent conversations.
Develop and deliver a minimum 12-month ongoing development programme consisting of effective learning methods: online/1-1 coaching and expert workshops with assessments and accreditations.
Conduct regular in-office audits of consultants and teams to assess and discipline adherence to company ‘One Best Way’ standard.
Account Manager
