Carried out audience research to gain an understanding of the customer journey/experience across channels (email, digital, print), with a focus on brand identity and tone of voice. Art Direction and production of promotional material, social content, visual design, brand guidelines, and reports. Role included personalising emails, as well as segmenting them – targeting customers based on where they are in the customer journey – to send relevant emails to specific subscribers at the right time. This process involves defining goals, email types, audience research, email copy and layout design, and monitoring opens, clicks and unsubscribes.
