Corporate Trainer III
Paycom is an American online payroll and human resource technology provider based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It is attributed with being one of the first fully online payroll providers and has offices throughout the U.S. Paycom’s training department is comprised of approximately 6 trainers focused on the development of all 1,000+ employees. As a corporate trainer, I took ownership to revamp and renew different training programs. I helped develop and implement Product Certification, a 6-week certification class for internal employees to gain in-depth knowledge of each HR product offered to clients. This course was comprised of approximately 40 employees at a time and helped them to better serve and assist clients. In addition, I created and implemented training programs and curricula in diverse areas such as information technology, personal and professional development, and new employee courses.
