  • Researching current catwalk and social trends to fully maximise the brand potential. Involvement in all Range Planning and Sign Off’s for each phase. Liaising with suppliers in uK, China, bangladesh and Turkey to create a concise and commercial range focusing on potentialising sales and opportunities. Supporting and developing my Trainee Assistant buyer. Negotiating cost prices across a multi category product range which includes knitwear, jersey tops, jersey dresses and soft trousers. Controlling critical paths for over 280 options per season. Monitoring and analysing daily sales and reacting to the findings i.e. range building, placing re-orders, developing best sellers and expanding categories. Developing and delivering strategy plans for product categories. Working closely with Merchandising and Design teams to pro-actively forecast best sellers and to drive sales in order to minimize future risks. Managing the CV lay out boards to ensure stores arrange each fixture correctly.
