    Events Executive
    In addition to the key responsibilities below, working with partners and business development to look strategically at the individual sectors and firm wide activity, to ensure the events are in align and compliment the key marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Manage and plan the firm’s yearly event schedule of around 150 events, including both specifically targeted events and broader events with a general brand awareness focus. Events include: Product and service launches, dinners, client hospitality, internal and client training, seminars, conferences, pro bono, golf days and exhibitions - Understand the strategic business objectives to create, manage and deliver effective events - Develop and present creative and innovative event ideas - Simultaneous project management across multiple events - Budget setting, negotiation and analysis - Create and develop event branding, design and print (Photoshop and Indesign software) ensure all consistent brand collateral. Including invitations, brochures and training materials - Create and deliver event mail campaigns (Campaign Master software) - Perform pre and post event evaluations, analyse event feedback and client data, create reports to advise and give input to event schedule and structure - Monitor, measure and advise upon ROI and other event effectiveness measures - Source, negotiate and manage suppliers, venues and speakers - Arrange travel and accommodation requirements within budgets - Onsite management - Manage junior member of the team - Network, build and manage key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders - Work to tight deadlines, being adaptable to last minute changes - Research and keep up to date with exciting new events and venues in the market Key Achievements - Help to build and grow the HEFE (haysmacintyre Exceptional Female Entrepreneurs) brand and relationships with members and partners by creating and managing exciting and unique events. Book exclusive spaces such as Wakeman Road and guest speakers such as Rebecca Hopkins, Balance Me and Annee de Mamiel. Collaborating with Hubdot to create a unique female networking experience. - Help to position haysmacintyre in the start up market. Work with partners such as Young Guns, Start ups, Angel Academe, Accelerator Academy to achieve this. Endorse this with key events in this field. - Implement new procedures and structure to all events firm wide. This has produced more strategic targeted events and abled the event planning process to become streamlined and more efficient.
    Onsite Events Coordinator
     - 
    - End to end project management of events taking place at Clifford Chance for internal and external clients. Events to include client entertaining, dinners, seminars, conferences, workshops, training, graduate recruitment and pro bono - Take clear briefs from clients and suggest creative, exciting and innovative solutions - Liaise closely with internal and external suppliers to create strong relationships - Work closely with in-house catering team to create themed catering - Manage budgets and provide quotes of up to £80,000 - Create event materials - Onsite management - Conduct show rounds of the different event spaces - A member of the Continuous Improvement Programme Board. Advise and implement new procedures and practices to the Onsite Events Team
