    I was hired by Minale + Mann a London based design studio which consists of architects, interior designs and furniture designers in January 2016 as their Marketing Manager. I was given the responsibility to review all existing marketing efforts and implement new and improved plans to ensure effective ROI on the company’s ad spend and all other marketing related initiatives. This included the introduction of digital marketing with PPC management and SEO to drive traffic to the company’s website to their increase conversions rates. In a short space of time I have overseen the rebrand of M&M’s businesses. I’ve led the strategy to devise, build and deliver the launch of new websites and all supporting marketing material. I introduced and implemented an e-commerce platform to MannMade London in 2017 which has resulted in a 50% increase in turnover in its first year of trading. A summary of my responsibilities and key achievements are: • Led the entire rebrand process of three businesses • Project managed the design and launch of three new websites • Overall responsibility for all marketing and communications for the company • Managing a team made up of design, sales and customer service personnel • Public Relations – gaining exposure in major print and digital media outlets including Elle Decoration, Sunday Time, Financial Times -How to spend it, Living etc, and GQ magazine and digital edition • Social media content management and Facebook and Instagram business advertising. • Introduction of an incentivised welcome discount for subscribing to MannMade London’s newsletter increasing subscribers from 100 to 1,500.
