Responsible for researching, writing and issuing the content of the website, helping to design, implement and control reporting structures. Also responsible for ensuring all marketing and sales tools, such as brochures and quote templates are kept up-to-date. Providing staff with product and promotional information. Performing link building tasks and using social networking to increase public awareness. Assisting in tender applications – updating policies, proof reading, creating various charts, graphics, and images as required. Assisting in the writing and creation of marketing bulletins and mail shots. Coordinating with suppliers. Producing monthly sales reports. Ad hoc duties to assist the marketing manager and sales director wherever possible
