About me

I've just arrived in London from the US (Boston, MA) to complete an MA in Fashion Design Management from the London College of Fashion and am hoping to stay and work as a design manager in UK next year. I previously studied fashion design at Parsons the New School for Design in New York City and also have degrees in art history and business essentials, which help to round out my skill set in fashion design, visual studies, research, process and operations, and project management. Most recently I co-authored a book entitled "Flair: Design your Daily Work, Products, and Services to Energize your Customers, Colleagues, and Audiences," which will be published by Maven House Press in March 2016. Before that, I did apparel technical design for several years for Reebok and adidas for men's and women's fan gear, performance, pro athlete uniforming, and lifestyle. I thrive in the fast-pace of the innovative performance apparel world, so my goal is to remain in that field, but working for the adidas group gave me a taste of the dynamic global market so I now wish to expand my horizon to beyond just the US.
