In my role as brand manager for TeachFirst, I was one of 4 student managers on my university campus. Within our campus we had complete independence in event organisation and brand promotion. Here I exercised a role of leadership within a small team, also being led by my peers. Being so autonomous forced me to become accustomed to solving problems sufficiently, relying on my own personal initiative and having the confidence to trust my own judgement. With regard to problem solving I am confident in the face of a challenge both independently and in a team environment.
