Creating original and interesting concepts for new events (one off or regular) by spotting gaps in the market and pin pointing what will draw a large consistent crowd to new events. Branding each new event clearly and memorably, in terms of names, tag lines, graphics and identity. Having a clear view of who our target audience will be for each event. Keeping on top of event calendar by staying in close contact with the venues I work with and building strong relationships with the venue teams with which I work regularly. Booking artists and DJs for each event, up to 5 or so at the time, and being their point of contact for questions about music policy, scheduling, invoicing, and promo requirements. Developing an online presence for each brand on a wide range of social platforms. Creating official pages that are consistent across all boards and making sure content and information is updated on them regularly, creating a reliable and engaging presence. Managing and growing a follower base online, where the majority of event goers seek information on new nights and upcoming events from our brands.
