• Lead press strategy on key campaigns and coordinating promotional plans for FOX, National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo WILD and YourTV. • Serve as primary media contact for press, develop media press kits, briefings and releases for key shows and trade press. • Manage marketing coordinators daily work and manage relationships with external PR agencies, multiple studios, production companies, talent, reps and agents. • Devise and manage press events for programme priorities. These include: press junkets, screenings, showcases, set visits, talent/executives interviews, photo shoots and PR stunts. • Work closely with Marketing and Digital teams to develop, align and integrate PR strategy & plans to support overall channel objectives. • Work closely with US teams to organise and implement international press events in London. • Provide innovative PR solutions for programming and channel initiatives. • Manage and maintain the social media comms for the press office. Selected achievements: • Implementing the ‘human burger’ PR stunt to promote The Walking Dead S5. This stunt went viral and generated 346 global mainstream media items with an estimated attributable £PRV of £0.7m. 346 unique sources published articles in at least 31 countries, which included: USA, UK, Australia, France, India, Germany, Nigeria, Canada, South Africa, Denmark, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan and Morocco • Implementing PR stunt for T.rex Autopsy on NGC with Premier PR, it produced over 80 pieces of coverage including: 5 TV appearances (The One Show, Newsround, Sunday Brunch, Sky News), 7 radio features.
